West Village Chorale Presents: Messiah Sing

Lift Up Your Heads and sing “Hallelujah!” with us. Our annual open sing, where the audience becomes the choir, has been featured everywhere from the CBS Evening News to the Wall Street Journal.
WVC Artistic Director Colin Britt will conduct, with piano accompaniment. Come sing many of Handel’s beloved choruses and make a joyful noise in celebration of the holidays!
Over 300 people sing rhe "Hallelujah Chorus" from Handel's "The Messiah" on December 9, 2012 at the West Village Choral's annual "Messiah Sing". This sing continues a 30 years plus tradition in New York City's Greenwich Village, where the West Village Chorale (www.westvillagechorale.org) hosts an Open Audience Sing of Handel's Messiah each December, at Judson Memorial Church.
