“Strings Attached”

The West Village Chorale closes out their 2023-2024 Season on Sunday, June 2nd at 5:00pm at Judson with their spring concert, Strings Attached, a program featuring music by living composers for chorus, piano, and string quartet!

The program includes Jake Runestad’s uplifting The Hope of Loving, Alex Berko’s Sacred Place, a stirring anthem to natural beauty, and David Lang’s powerful and pointed the national anthems, as well as Caroline Shaw’s instrumental miniature Entr’acte. We are also thrilled to present the world premiere of WVC Artistic Director Colin Britt’s So Also We Sing, originally composed for the Maine bicentennial in 2020.
