Imbolo Mbue will launch her new book Every Story is a Love Story on Monday, November 2nd at 7:30pm in Judson's Meeting Room. The event will be moderated by Pamela Paul, who is a writer at large for The Wall Street Journal. She was previously at the New York Times where she was the longtime editor of the New York Times Book Review and hosted the weekly Book Review podcast. She is the author of 10 books, most recently a picture book for children, "The Path."

This Sunday, Micah will facilitate a deep dive into the rituals that have shaped us, the practices that might sustain us, and the habits that we might do well to let go of.
We’ll also commit to the communal care of a brand new human, so come prepared to explore just what the ritual of baptism means, especially in a world that regularly seems to be drowning in despair.

It's also Agape Sunday, so bring something to share at the table and we'll remind ourselves that love for all is the necessary ingredient for sustaining our Radical Hope.

Whether you’ve performed it dozens of times or not at all (yet), join us on Thursday, November 19th at 7:30 pm and meet members of the WVC and fellow singers from around the city as we dig in and sing through this beloved piece.
